By accessing the services of PORTLAND RESTAURANTS LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between you and the Company regarding our logistics platform.

1. Service Provision

The Company provides logistics and delivery coordination. While we strive for 100% punctuality, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic or weather within the London metropolitan area.

2. Financial Obligations

All prices are quoted in GBP (£). Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments accrue interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
